4.1 Cookies

4.3 Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy marketing and analytics tags on the Site. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data; however, it enables the deployment of other tracking tools described in this section. Tags deployed through Google Tag Manager may collect data as described in the relevant tool’s privacy policy.

4.4 Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)

We use Salesforce Account Engagement (provided by Salesforce, Inc.) as our marketing automation and Salesforce as our CRM platform. When you submit a form on the Site or interact with tracked links, your information, including name, email address, company, and behavioral data such as pages visited and forms completed, is transmitted to Salesforce Account Engagement and stored in our CRM. This data is used to:

• Manage and score marketing leads;
• Personalize marketing communications;
• Attribute inquiries to specific marketing campaigns; and
• Route leads to the appropriate Modular Devices portfolio company.

4.5 WordPress

The Site is built on WordPress and uses built-in WordPress functions and JavaScript to capture form submissions and user interactions. This data is passed to Salesforce Account Engagement and Google Analytics as described above. WordPress plugins or themes may also set cookies or collect data as part of their operation.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as reasonably necessary to carry out the limited business purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

5.1 Within the Modular Devices Family

Your information may be shared among Modular Devices and relevant portfolio companies within the Modular Devices Family for responding to your inquiry, providing relevant business services, or sending relevant marketing communications. Each portfolio company operates in a distinct market segment and your information will be shared only with the portfolio company or companies most relevant to your inquiry.

5.2 Service Providers

We share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site and conducting our business, including the following:

• Salesforce, Inc. for CRM and marketing automation.
• Google LLC for analytics and tag management.
• WordPress and Magento hosting and plugin providers.
• Email service providers.
• IT support and security vendors.

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Modular Devices, its customers, or others.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including websites operated by our portfolio companies at their own domains. These websites are not operated by Modular Devices and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
